Using a homeowners own furnishings, I transform houses into homes that show in their best light and are the most attractive to potential buyers.
Home Staging Consultation
We will walk through the home room by room and create a customized Staging Report. I will document everything that needs to be done to attract the most buyers. The consultation can take up to 2 hours in the home and includes:

Staging Report with detailed recommendations and checklists for each room of the home. This covers furniture arrangement and flow, space utilization and scale, color, organization, lighting, window treatments, and outside curb appeal

On the Staging Day, I will rearrange and update the flow of your furniture and decor, highlighting what you have, add in purchased accessories, and stage the most important living areas following my HOME design process
