Staging Consultation for the DIY Enthusiast


In this in-home “walk-and-talk” staging consultation, we will walk through the home together room by room and create a customized Staging Report to document everything that needs to be done to get your home the best price possible. This service is designed to give you the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself. 


The consultation can take up to 2 hours* in the home and includes:

  • Detailed phone or video interview in order to completely understand your project

  • Buyer demographic research, so we are designing for your target buyer

  • Staging Report with detailed recommendations and checklists for each room of the home, covering furniture arrangement and flow, space utilization and scale, color, organization, lighting, window treatments, outside curb appeal, and more

  • Priority Shopping List

  • Open House/Viewing Guide

*Consultations that extend beyond 2 hours based on the size or state of the home will be charged at the rate of $100/hour.

Hands On Staging


Feeling overwhelmed with preparing your home to sell?  We can help! This service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together side by side to stage the main areas of the home to create warm and welcoming spaces that buyers will love.

This service allows for up to 7 hours* in the home with over 2 hours of planning and prep time and includes:

  • Modified staging consultation in advance and a Home Prep Plan, so we can get right to work on the staging day

  • We will rearrange and update the flow of your furniture and decor, highlighting what you have and staging the most important living areas following our HOME design process

  • As time allows, we will tackle other areas of the home

  • We will provide a priority shopping list of what to purchase to create a cohesive flow throughout the whole home

  • We  also provide rental accessories based on the space and needs 

*Additional hours in the home will be charged at a rate of $100/hour. Price does not include accessories rental.
